Payment procedures

In order to pay for services provided by JSC Sky Atlas (hereinafter referred to as the Service company) you can use the following payment methods:

1.      Non-cash payment is carried out by bank (wide) transfer of funds to the details which are specified in the invoice received from the Service company by e-mail.

2.      Bank card payment is carried out with the use of the payment terminal of the Service company located on the territory of Sheremetyevo airport or online using the Internet acquiring system.

If you choose the online payment method with Bank card, you will receive an invoice and a link to pay for this invoice. For payment you will be redirected to the link of SBERBANK. Connection to the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in secure mode using the SSL.

In case your Bank supports the technology of secure Internet payments (verified by Visa, MasterCard, SecureCode, MIR Accept, J-Secure), you may also need to enter a special password to complete the payment.

The confidentiality of collected personal information is provided by PJSC Sberbank. The entered information will not be disclosed to third parties, except for cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Bank card payments are proceeded in strict accordance with the requirements of payment systems MIR, Visa Int., MasterCard Europe Sprl, JCB.

Payment methods must be agreed in advance with the service company at the time of approval of the service request.

Money refund

In the case of full or partial cancellation of the service agreement, the amount of funds should be determined and approved within 5 business days after the cancellation. This amount is refunded to your Bank account within 5-30 business days after the approval date (the refund period depends on the Bank which you Bank card refers to).
